Earl "Duke" Gotlett here... I am a songwriter and Valerie Steele has performed original compositions along with a host of other artists appearing on numerous labels.

The first record appearing with a "Duke" song, Hey Girl I'm Really Over You, was by the Keystoners on Starbound Records.
